more pretty things

More Pretty Things is anything that takes my fancy that isn't a bag!  I am constantly creating, inspired by fabrics as I find them or simply listening to what people say they would like.  My Apron design started out because I wanted one that didn't look like all the other aprons in the shops, you know the plain pinny!  But I didn't want to look like my granny either.  So I used my favorite summer dress for a pattern and adapted it!  Then a friend ordered one with some upgrades - a quilted top to guard against splashed of hot fat and something to protect above the bust line (hence the detachable quilted bib).  Always happy to custom make, simply drop me a line!

 This style Apron retails at $35 CAD unquilted without extra bib and $40 CAD quilted with extra bib!  These two are already SOLD but there are more in the making!  I am always happy to custom make please e-mail me your requirements and I will give you a price, cost of shipping (please give me your post code) and a shipping date.  Please note however, that I have no control over Canada Post, USPS or Royal Mail delivery times!

Greetings Cards

 I keep a small selection of cards available but mostly I make them to order and will do my best to make to your requirements as in the case of the Elmo card.  I like to hand draw and paint in watercolor or acrylics, finishing with an ink outline.  I also reproduce and print some of my larger art pieces onto good quality water color paper and use these on my cards.  Cards retail from $5 to $8 CAD (including Envelope) depending on how intricate they are and materials used.

Wedding Ring Bearer Cushions

White Satin & Lace Ring Bearer's Cushion $30 CAD

Approximately six and half inches square (not including lace) made from white polyester satin.  Wording printed on white habotai silk, with handsewn pearl colored beads and burgundy ribbon roses.  Can be used for one or two rings.  I can custom make these and wording can be of your choice, another option being Bride & Groom names and wedding date.
